New and spotless 3-year-old facility in a lovely mountain location. Excellent pool, spa, and treatments. Delicious food with plenty of options. Activities for families and pampering for parents.

The apartment was massive with an incredible bathroom, absolutely worth the upgrade. The food was mind-blowing, with a vast selection for breakfast and fine dining options. There was even a tempting option to try delicious local food outside. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. The pool, jacuzzi, and saunas were jaw-dropping, perfect for family fun. The hotel itself was spotless and the facilities, especially the pool and spa, were of very high quality. The treatments were fantastic and the staff were professional. a great hotel for families with plenty of activities and pampering options for both parents and kids. The location in the mountains was lovely and the fact that the pool and spa were included in the price, with long opening hours, was a huge plus. The food was absolutely delicious. Do not mention the specific city, hotel name, or use the word wow.

We recently visited a hotel for a romantic escape and were thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The pool and spa were excellent, with lots of options for pampering. The staff were always smiling and helpful, making our stay very memorable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a huge variety of foods and was very diverse. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the local area and enjoy the sights.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The room was noisy and had poor soundproofing.

The rooms at Hotel & Spa Czarny Gron are just amazing! They have modern and comfortable furnishings with heated floors and air conditioning. The beds are cozy and the seating area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. I absolutely loved the laptop-friendly workspace, it made it so convenient to catch up on some work during my stay.

I personally didn't enjoy the hairdryer provided in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!
